Square Tubular Piling
The HELI-PILE® square tubular helical pile was developed to address slenderness concerns in soft soil applications and provide more lateral stiffness. HELI-PILE® square tubular was introduced in 2011 for numerous oil & gas applications. Since then, tens of thousands of HELI-PILE® square tubular helical piles have been installed successfully around the country.

HELI-PILE® installers asked for adaptability and adjustability. From this need arose the development of the patented Modular Helical Pile and Tieback. With the Modular Helical Pile, you can make any helix configuration necessary onsite in seconds. The modular termination eliminates the need for drilling the shaft when maximum torque or refusal is achieved before anticipated depth. Simply cut the shaft off, and thread on the desired termination. The ultimate adjustability for the lead sections and terminations means you have the right helical pile for the job, every time.

CUSTOM HELICAL PILES
HELI-PILE® manufactures custom piles for any application. Custom piles are designed to meet specific project load and soil conditions. These piles are often designed for high lateral and overturning moments including: tall single column pipe supports, large pipe racks, equipment foundations and soft soils.
THE TERMINATOR (U.S. Patent 6,817,810)
HELI-PILE® introduced The Terminator, an extension that eliminates all problems associated with terminating helical piles and tiebacks. This termination is made out the high strength steel with a patented threaded square bar that bolts on and drives the pile. No field drilling or welding is required for attaching load transfer hardware. The threaded load transfer caps and tie-back nuts simply spin-on for full capacity in compression and tension applications.

HELI-PILE® has introduced a truly innovative and user friendly adjustable pipe support. After listening to our customers frustration with the pipe support market, HELI-PILE® designed and built a new pipe support with of the capability of height adjustment without movement of the top plate.

HELI-PILE® has an extensive inventory load transfer hardware, pile caps, and terminations.
